Authorities in Indiana are searching for a missing doctor who disappeared weeks ago, Fox59.com reports.
Dr. Promila Mehta-Paul, an ophthalmologist from Munster was last seen alive by her office staff on March 12, according to the station. Mehta-Paul was reported missing by relatives the following day when she failed to show up for her morning rounds at an area hospital.
Police say they are examining video surveillance from a bank showing Paul making a night-time deposit, the station reports. Paul is seen in the video driving her 2001 gold Toyota RAV 4, which police say is also missing.
Authorities also said that there has been no activity on her cell phone or credit card.
Mehta-Paul, 70, is described as five-foot-one with brown eyes and brown hair.
