Jacob Elordi is an Australian actor who rose from teenage romantic comedies to become one of the most prominent young dramatic actors working in film and television. Born Jacob Nathaniel Elordi on 26 June 1997 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, he developed an interest in acting as a child before pursuing a professional screen career. Elordi's early film experience included working as an extra on Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), but his breakthrough came soon after. He gained international recognition after being cast as Noah Flynn in the Netflix romantic comedy The Kissing Booth (2018).
