About Justin Timberlake
Justin Timberlake is an American actor, singer and songwriter, born January 31, 1981, in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. After becoming internationally famous through his music career, Timberlake successfully moved into acting, appearing in comedies, dramas and animated films.
Timberlake began performing at a young age, appearing on The All-New Mickey Mouse Club before achieving worldwide fame as a member of NSYNC. After launching a hugely successful solo music career, he began taking on increasingly prominent roles in film.
One of his most acclaimed performances came in The Social Network (2010), where he played entrepreneur Sean Parker alongside Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield. Directed by David Fincher, the film demonstrated Timberlake's ability to take on more dramatic material.
He went on to star alongside Mila Kunis in the romantic comedy Friends with Benefits (2011) and appeared in films including Bad Teacher, In Time, Runner Runner and the Coen brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis.
Timberlake also became a major voice star through DreamWorks' Trolls franchise, playing the character Branch and contributing music to the films. His song Can't Stop the Feeling! from the first movie became an international hit and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song.
